Grupo Gaudir opened its first showroom in Dubai last April 2009 and has just opened a new showroom in Abu Dhabi.

Grupo Gaudir develops two lines of action in Middle East, a site dedicated to providing full service decorating through GaudirDecor, and other expanding its sales network and promote their projects in Spain .

Gaudir has achieved a high degree of financial stability through a diversification strategy of its activities and the strong momentum of its internationalization strategy and experience.

Grupo Gaudir has in Spain 80,000 m2 of residential and commercial space, and has investments of 500 million euros.

Gaudir is a business group that works primarily in two business lines: real estate development and consulting in ID and decoration. So this is the only company in the industry that cover all activities related to the housing market, offering a global service to its customers.

During the past year, the Group has developed an important Gaudir internationalization strategy, which has enabled it to position itself as a leading Spanish company in Middle East, especially in UAE. They established two regional offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi which have two showrooms with an area over 1,000 m2.

These offices are dedicated to specific projects for decoration, private residences and palaces, and large corporations that are among the hotel chains, offices and shopping centers, etc.
